Information
Le compte et la fiche d'inscription doivent être créés au nom du licencié même si celui ci est mineur.
Si un compte a déjà été crée lors d'une précédente inscription , merci de le réutiliser pour la nouvelle adhésion et mettre à jour si besoin les informations.
MERCI DE METTRE A JOUR LE CERTIFICAT MEDICAL OU L'ATTESTATION DE SANTE
ATTENTION : SANS LE DOSSIER COMPLET (règlement et attestation ou certificat) L'INSCRITPION AUPRES DE LA FFJDA NE POURRA PAS ETRE VALIDEE ET VOUS NE SEREZ PAS ASSURE.
Pour les titulaires d'un PASSPORT, l'inscription doit se faire aussi en ligne et au moment du règlement vous choisirez "le faire plus tard" . Le règlement se fera ensuite par carte bancaire (au bureau directement) , par chèque ou espèces et accompagné du support papier avec le code PASSPORT.
2 cours d'essai sont offerts pour découvrir les disciplines proposées par le club .
Concernant les formalités médicales, merci de prendre connaissance des informations ci-dessous et de joindre le document adéquat dans votre espace personnel. (documents téléchargeables en fin de page)

Le décret ,°2021-564 du 7 mai 2021 prévoit qu'il n'est désormais plus nécessaire, pour les mineurs de produire un certificat médical pour l'obtention ou le renouvellement d'une licence dans une fédération sportive ou pour l'inscription à une compétition sportive organisée par une fédération.
